The announcement of the touring season by the STEVE MILLER BAND follows five of the most busy, productive years in the long, illustrious career of Steve Miller, an artist at the peak of his powers, in demand around the world.

In 2010, Miller went back to Europe for the first time in more than twenty-five years for a hugely successful round of dates culminating in a sold out Royal Albert Hall concert in London, before rock royalty such as Jimmy Page and David Gilmour, raising demand for his return to Europe in 2012, where Demon Records released new editions in 2011-12 of almost the entire STEVE MILLER BAND album catalog on digipak CDs that won praise from reviewers, bloggers and fans alike.

In 2012, Steve Miller and Santana celebrated a sold out co-headline tour in Australia/New Zealand. The powerful double bill set a scene that may never be repeated, giving spectators a lesson in rock and roll history.

In 2014, Steve Miller joined forces with Journey on a co-headline 41 city summer tour that ranked #1 at the box office selling more than half a million tickets. Unofficially called the “Sounds of San Francisco” tour, the STEVE MILLER BAND and Journey had enough Top 40 material to fill entire nights and venues with classic rock sounds. Half a century later both bands are still celebrating with fans across the country classic rock memories, “I wake up every day excited to play,” said Miller.
